Soul Cafe Church invites you to join in the fun on SUNDAY, MARCH 26, 2023. Start the day with our 8th annual 5K Fun Run/Walk at 9:00 a.m. Bring friends & family and enjoy a day of games, fellowship, worship, great music, and delicious food.

Crawfish boil with sausage & all the extras, plus grilled hot dogs, cold beverages & desserts.

Fun Run-5K is a FUN run! Walkers, joggers, kids and families will enjoy this relaxed run.

Push a stroller, ride a bike, walk or run or jog!

5K FUN RUN NEWS:

* PLEASE HYDRATE BEFORE THE EVENT

*INDOOR RESTROOMS ARE AVAILABLE

*FUN RUN FUEL STATION WILL HAVE POST RUN SNACKS & DRINKS

*WATER WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES DURING THE RUN

*ONSITE REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 8:30 a.m.

*CANNON BLAST STARTS OUR RUN AT 9:00 a.m.

*START AND FINISH BANNERS WILL BE LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE LVFD COMMUNITY CENTER

*PARKING ATTENDANTS WILL SHOW YOU WHERE TO PARK

*T-SHIRT SALES TABLE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE RUN

*EVEN IF YOU PRE-REGISTER YOU WILL NEED TO STOP BY THE REGISTRATION TABLE
